End User License Agreement
License
Qoloa grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control. The app, the mascot, the authored cards, and the generated-card factory remain the property of Horse AI Technology JSC.
You may not reverse engineer the factory, scrape the catalog for resale, or use Qoloa to build a competing language feed.
Accounts
You can read the local catalog without signing in. A signed-in account is optional and exists so a later device can recover the same person.
You can delete that account from You. Deletion removes your cards, events, jobs, purchases, identities, and devices on the server. One anonymous audit row of counts is kept. Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel Qoloa Plus in App Store or Play settings first.
Subscriptions
Qoloa Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. A 14-day trial, if offered, converts to a paid term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Manage or cancel in the store settings on that account. Restore purchases is available beside Subscribe.
Content
Target-language text on a card is the first thing you see. Generated photos stay wordless. You keep the lines you save. Do not upload content you do not have the right to keep.
