Terms of Service
These terms cover the Qoloa apps and the service behind them. The End User License Agreement is the store-facing license. The privacy policy covers data.
What Qoloa is
Qoloa is a phone-first language reading habit. Read is home. You swipe a feed of real-world target-language material, tap a span for meaning, save a word, and come back tomorrow. A signed-in account and Qoloa Plus are optional. The free loop - browse Read, inspect and save words, and complete a small daily practice - stays usable without a pass.
Your account
A random device id lets the phone talk to the factory. Sign-in with Apple or Google is optional and links that device to a person so a later phone can recover the same account.
You can delete the account from You. Deletion anonymizes the user row and removes owned cards, events, jobs, purchases, identities, and every device for that person. One count-only audit row is kept. The next sign-in with the same store subject is a new person.
Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel Qoloa Plus in App Store or Play settings first, then delete.
Money
Qoloa Plus is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store and Play. Prices come from the store catalog. A 14-day trial, if offered, converts unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Restore purchases sits beside Subscribe. We do not sell passes outside the stores.
Acceptable use
Use Qoloa to read and save target-language material you have the right to keep. Do not abuse the factory, scrape the catalog, or upload other people's private notices as if they were yours.
Changes
We may update these terms. A material change will be dated at the top of this file. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
